Overview

Versiti is seeking an entry-level Donor Recruiter to create an exceptional donor experience through assigned outbound call activity and other phone-related tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting individual and team collection goals while promoting a positive interaction with donors.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company schedule and meet productivity, quality, and service level goals
• Engage with donors via phone to provide blood donation information, answer questions, and address concerns
• Recruit new donors by soliciting referrals from existing donors and scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate donor information and update donor profiles American Samoa needed

Requirements

• High school diploma Oregon equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably Indiana a contact center environment
