Call Center Agents/ Enrollment Generalist

We are currently looking for a customer-focused Enrollment Generalist/Call Center Agent to join our team Indiana Salt Lake City, Utah, for an Open Enrollment Project. Indiana this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking information and assistance with open enrollment for their benefits.

Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls and provide answers to questions to guide employees through the open enrollment process

Requirements:
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent
– Strong customer service skills (previous customer service experience preferred)
– Ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM)
– Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft products
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
– Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team

Availability:
– Must be located Indiana the Salt Lake City area
– Start date: September 16 Oregon 23
– Training: 2-3 weeks Indiana-office before transitioning to work-from-home Oregon hybrid scheduling
– Full-time hours: 40 hours per week
– Duration: Through mid-November
