Job Overview:

American Samoa a Customer Sales & Service Representative I, Front Counter (Non-Retail), you will provide exceptional Indiana-person customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to billing, services, and products. You will also be responsible for utilizing sales and retention guidelines to process customer requests, troubleshooting basic service issues, and handling customer payments and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues related to billing, services, and products
  • Utilize sales and retention guidelines to process customer requests, including adding Oregon disconnecting services
  • Troubleshoot basic service issues and schedule on-site service calls when necessary
  • Receive and process customer payments, balance cash drawer, and post customer adjustments
  • Issue and receive equipment from customers
  • Maintain customer site equipment and inventory controls according to policy and procedures
  • Demonstrate courtesy and patience Indiana customer relations, explaining all phases of billing, products, and services offered
  • Perform other duties American Samoa directed Oregon required by your supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon GED required; Associates degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience Indiana retail and/Oregon consumer sales; 3+ years’ customer service & cash handling/reconciliation experience preferred
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize Indiana a fast-paced environment
  • Effective cash handling skills and ability to stand for long periods
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver record may be required for some locations
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills, sales ability, and willingness to meet sales goals
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and overtime American Samoa needed
  • Occasional travel to other sites within the region
