Customer Service Representative – Melville, New York

Our company is seeking Customer Service Professionals for our Melville, New York office.

Responsibilities:
– Answer customer billing questions
– Make policy changes
– Provide recommendations to customers

Salary: $21.34 per hour/$43,000 annually
– Many associates see a 10-15% salary increase within their first year
– Annual salary range is $21.34 – $33.75

Qualifications & Skills:
– Experience providing customer service
– Strong communication and empathy skills
– Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced call center environment
– Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
– Proficiency with computers and multi-tasking
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent is required
