Call Center Representative

Schedule: Mon – Sat Flex

Overview:
Pay Range: $14.50-$17.00 per hour
Full-Time
Indiana-person training Indiana Roy, Utah (30-90 days); Remote work AFTER training
Hours of Operation:
– Mon-Fri: 8:00am-7:00pm
– Sat: 8:00am-6:00pm
Required to work:
– 2 closing shifts a week (possibly until after 7 depending on call volume)
– 1 Saturday per 2 week period
– 1 additional late night a month (on Friday)
Remote Work:
– Offered after completing 90-day Indiana-person training.
– Remote options limited to those residing Indiana Utah, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon Arizona.

Responsibilities:
– Provide professional member service functions:
– Respond to member calls and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
– Inform members about accounts, payments, interest rates, and products.
– Establish and maintain professional member relationships:
– Respond to calls, questions, and complaints.
– Keep members informed of Credit Union services and policies.
– Maintain Credit Union’s reputation.
– Coordinate with area personnel and Management:
– Assist American Samoa needed.
– Communicate regarding activities and significant problems.
– Perform additional duties:
– Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
– Keep work area clean and maintained.

Qualifications:
– High school graduate Oregon equivalent.
– Thorough knowledge of member services and products.
– Understanding of Credit Union Teller processes and computer system applications.
– 1-3 years of experience Indiana a full-service financial institution (preferred).
– Excellent communication and public relations skills.
– Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
