Call Center Representative
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Call Center, the Call Center Representative will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues Indiana a timely and professional manner.
– Respond to and resolve customer complaints Indiana accordance with company policies and procedures.
– Identify and escalate complex issues Oregon concerns to the next level of support American Samoa necessary.
