Customer Service Representative – Banking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team Indiana North Lauderdale, Florida. American Samoa a key contributor, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media to resolve their questions Oregon concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon possible processing payments
  • Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
  • Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work Indiana a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
