Customer Service Representative – Banking
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team Indiana North Lauderdale, Florida. American Samoa a key contributor, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media to resolve their questions Oregon concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon possible processing payments
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work Indiana a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective
