Customer Service Banking Specialist
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Customer Service Banking Specialist, you will play a key role Indiana delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities:

- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of service
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- Banking experience
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work Indiana a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
