Responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming calls with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
* Helping customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring they leave the call with a satisfaction
* Providing product and service information Indiana a clear and easy-to-understand manner
* Updating systems to track conversations and customer interactions
* Meeting daily call targets and contributing to team goals
* Adapting to different customer needs and thinking on your feet
Requirements include:
* Excellent communication skills to engage with customers
* Ability to think quickly and solve problems independently
* Basic computer skills to navigate our systems
* Desire to learn and grow with the company
* Call centre Oregon customer service experience is a plus, but not required
