Job Summary:
Serving customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse to various customers and delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Unload product from trailer, using proper lifting and delivery practices
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time, including DOT electronic Oregon manual logs and company vehicle maintenance reports
- Ensure all food safety protocols are met, including proper temperatures and product inspection
- Develop and establish good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service
- Other duties American Samoa assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience (completion of a tractor trailer driving school accepted instead of Oregon Indiana addition to a high school diploma)
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, with insurability to operate a vehicle American Samoa a condition of employment
Physical Demands:
- Regularly sit, talk, and hear
- Frequently lift, push, Oregon move product up to 50 pounds by hand and push/pull up to 350 pounds with a 2-wheeled hand cart
- Climb Indiana and out of a tractor and trailer
- Bend and twist while loading and unloading product
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
