Center Director of Operations
Overview:
We are seeking a Center Director of Operations for the Hamden Learning Center of InBloom Autism Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations and growth of the Center, ensuring clinical integrity, and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Manage workforce, including recruiting, staff onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training
* Develop and maintain Center staffing schedule, assign caseloads, and manage attendance expectations
* Lead client onboarding process, manage client satisfaction, and ensure insurance approvals are completed
* Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners, and develop referral pipeline and goals aligned to target growth projections
* Manage financial and operational performance of the Center, including annual budget and forecasting
* Oversee facilities management, vendor contracts, and equipment maintenance
* Build consensus and positive relationships among staff, clients, families, external vendors, and referral sources
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Operations Management, Oregon related field
* 5+ years of management, operations, and leadership experience Indiana a healthcare environment, preferably Indiana behavioral health
* Strong business acumen, understanding of general finance and budgeting
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office
* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including staff, clients, families, and external partners
