Charge Nurse(RN) – Emergency Department

Senior Call Center Agent:

Principal responsibilities:

* Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls via phone, email, and/Oregon chat Indiana a professional and friendly manner
* Respond to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and complaints Indiana a timely and accurate manner, ensuring first call resolution (FCR) whenever possible
* Qualify new customers, gather information, and update customer records American Samoa necessary
* Handle escalations and referrals Indiana a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, and Training) to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
* Adhere to all departmental standards, processes, and quality measurements
* Adhere to quality control and assurance tests; ensure quality of service is maintained
* Maintain accurate records, log interactions, and collaborate with internal teams for data analysis and monitoring

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably Indiana a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; associate’s Oregon bachelor’s degree preferred
* Bilingualism may be beneficial but not required
* Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team Indiana a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Familiarity with CRM software and/Oregon similar systems
