• Investigate and evaluate claims through personal contact with insureds, claimants, and witnesses

• Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, and provide repair estimates
• Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants
• Use claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust losses Indiana a paperless environment
• Provide superior customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

• Available and communicative during regular business hours
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and provide excellent customer experience
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent experience (AINS, AIC, Oregon CPCU designations preferred)

Salary and Benefits:
