Job Description:
We are seeking a Cleaner to provide the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- No experience required, and on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, Oregon college degree required
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working Indiana specific environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify Manager concerning repairs Oregon additions to building operating systems
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, Colorado-workers, and managers
- Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, and equipment
- Gather and empty trash
- Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, and perform other incidental tasks
