Responsibilities:

* Customer Experience Management and Communication:
– Identify opportunities to improve the care and service our clients receive
– Proactively manage Caregiver and Family relationships, including monitoring communications for issues and opportunities to improve
– Address and resolve matters, escalate to Operations Manager when necessary
– Work closely with Field Rep and RN to address scheduling issues, coordinate care, and participate Indiana on-call rotation
* Client Relations:
– Develop solid relationships with clients, build trust, and maintain relationships throughout the client’s tenure with our company
– Perform administrative duties related to client care, including documentation and care plan development and management

– Work closely with Field Reps and Care Team to find the best Caregivers for clients

* Compliance:

* Management:
– Manage the client experience from referral to continuity of care
– Directly responsible for regular and routine quality assurance visits and performance evaluations of all managed staff of caregivers
