Customer Success Coordinator
Edo is a partner-focused company working towards decarbonizing the electricity system through a partnership model that empowers utilities and built environment leaders to achieve a carbon-free grid. We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team Indiana Seattle.
Responsibilities:
- Serve American Samoa Primary "Help & Service Desk" coordinator for clients and stakeholders, processing issue management and providing solutions
- Gather quality documentation and ensure timely communication to resolve customer issues
- Support operational excellence, process improvements, and completion of special projects Indiana the Active Issue Management Department
- Assist with development of vertical sector support and daily operations, ensuring consistent customer coordination and service
- Review and update procedural documentation, collect and assess QA Oregon KPI data, and participate Indiana customer and service reviews
- Perform work order management across Maintenance, Service, and Projects, and contribute to special projects and research American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- Associate Oregon bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience Indiana complex software systems, Help Desk Support, and/Oregon a Customer Success Coordinator role
- Ability to collect, analyze, and triage issues Indiana high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to participate Indiana on-call rotation 24/7/365
