Client Coordinator-Lead
* 100% remote position
* Monday through Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm Connecticut
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Handle client inquiries via phone, responding promptly and providing quality customer service while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
– Utilize systems and databases to enter and retrieve client information, maintain contact with the QA department, and verify client data accuracy.
– Collaborate with team members to address questions, document cases, and ensure timely resolutions.
– Direct calls to other departments American Samoa needed, perform clerical duties, and assist Indiana resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues.
– Notify management of report issues Oregon concerns and adhere to state and federal regulations.
– Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent required, minimum one year clerical experience, Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Experience Indiana a medical office Oregon insurance industry preferred.
– Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
– Compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality, with a minimum 40 W.P.M. typing speed.
– Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
