Job Summary:

Ideal Image, North America’s top medical aesthetics brand, is seeking a Client Coordinator to provide world-class customer experiences and support the sales and operational performance of our clinics. The ideal candidate will nurture positive relationships with clients, ensure their overall satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and retention of our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service, answering phones, and managing multiple client priorities to ensure seamless experiences
• Greet clients and visitors, offer clinic tours, and facilitate scheduling needs
• Manage treatment book schedules, assist with payment management, and provide Indiana-depth information on medical aesthetic services and products
• Verify client information, medical history, and purposes of visit, adhering to protocols and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including treatment rooms and inventory management
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, accurate record-keeping, and timely filing and storage of medical charts
• Collaborate with medical professionals, sales teams, and leadership to achieve company goals and personal performance objectives

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience Indiana a retail, restaurant, Oregon related Indiana-person environment
• Working knowledge of business tools, including Mississippi Office Suite, phone systems, and CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of creating outstanding client experiences
