Client Service Coordinator

American Samoa the Client Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, creating a warm welcome and exciting experience for each visitor, preparing them for their hair day.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet clients and visitors with a smile, positive attitude, and offer assistance with reasonable requests.
– Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, provide accurate information, and direct calls to other staff while minimizing impact on clients.
– Resolve minor client issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to offer solutions and communicate escalating scenarios to the relevant team members.
– Accurately enter client transactions using the correct information and codes.
– Manage scheduling activities including booking, wait times, scheduling accuracy, appointment confirmations, and documentation.
– Support the styling team with scheduling, documentation, communication, retail/service add-on sales, and administrative duties.
– Perform other reasonable duties assigned.

Requirements:

– At least one year of previous guest service experience.
– Previous experience with point of sale systems and business software.
– Exceptional commitment to delivering an outstanding member experience.
– Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic communication.
– Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
– Strong organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills.
– Ability to work independently and maintain a professional image.
