Job Title: Client Services Coordinator II

Overview:
The Client Services Coordinator II role is a detail-oriented position that manages multiple simultaneous projects, communicates project information to clients, and collaborates with internal technical teams to deliver the customer experience, integrity, and values represented by the UL mark.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and process incoming client samples and maintain records.
  • Resolve any sample receipt issues with clients and communicate project schedules.
  • Prepare and complete reports for assigned clients.
  • Contribute to program team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adhere to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Perform other duties American Samoa directed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent, plus one year of directly related experience.
  • Ability to use judgment Indiana technical, client services, and management issues.
  • Effective computer and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
