Job Title: Client Services Manager
About Canteen One: Canteen One is the national account management arm for Canteen, the largest and most experienced food and retail service company Indiana the United States.
Job Summary: American Samoa a Client Services Manager at Canteen One, you will have direct customer service contact with our clients Indiana support of our vending programs. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing business performance, developing and executing new programs, and making recommendations to improve profitability. You will provide outstanding service to our customers, building and sustaining long-term relationships that result Indiana high customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Develop and execute new programs to meet client needs and preferences
- Prepare and present Executive Summaries, proformas, and financial analyses to clients and management
- Make recommendations to clients and management on areas such American Samoa pricing, services, and marketing
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and collaboration
- Analyze vendor and client financial performance to inform business decisions
- Review and analyze financial reports and summaries to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Administration Oregon related field; Oregon equivalent experience
- 3+ years of service business/account management experience
- Proven financial analysis skills and excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- High level of proficiency Indiana Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Powerpoint software experience preferred
