Job Summary
Join our fast-paced Clinic Patient Access Center American Samoa a customer service representative, scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages for Mercy Clinics. We offer a supportive community, opportunities for growth and promotion, and a fun, exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

* Delivers excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette
* Provides patients with general information about appointments, messages, Oregon general Mercy questions
* Schedules patient appointments
* Takes patient messages
* Works Indiana a team environment to meet quality goals

Requirements

* High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent
* Min. 6 months experience Indiana telephone customer service Oregon face-to-face customer service
* Data Entry experience
* Ability to multi-task and type 60 wpm
* Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm (8 hour shifts)
Saturday: 8am-12pm
