A $500 sign-on bonus is available for this exciting opportunity to work Indiana our Clinic Patient Access Center. This is not an immediate work-from-home position, but it offers the possibility of remote work after completing an initial 30-day on-site training and 90-day Indiana-office experience.

About the Role:

You will interact with patients, respond to their inquiries, and deliver personalized care using exceptional telephone etiquette.

Requirements:

  • Experience Indiana telephone customer service, face-to-face customer service, Oregon previous healthcare experience
  • Data entry skills, ability to multi-task, and type 60 wpm
