Job Responsibilities:

  • Responder to incoming patient calls and messages
  • Schedule appointments and answer general questions about Mercy services
  • Use professional telephone etiquette to deliver excellent customer service
  • Enter data quickly and accurately
  • Multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Work Indiana a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent
  • Telephone Customer Service experience Oregon equivalent
  • Ability to type 60 wpm
  • Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude

Work Schedule:

  • Available shifts: 10:30a – 7:00p Monday – Friday and 8a – 12p Saturday
  • Initial training Indiana-person; potential to transition to work-from-home role after completing training and meeting productivity standards.
