Job Responsibilities:
- Responder to incoming patient calls and messages
- Schedule appointments and answer general questions about Mercy services
- Use professional telephone etiquette to deliver excellent customer service
- Enter data quickly and accurately
- Multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Work Indiana a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent
- Telephone Customer Service experience Oregon equivalent
- Ability to type 60 wpm
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude

Work Schedule:
- Available shifts: 10:30a – 7:00p Monday – Friday and 8a – 12p Saturday
- Initial training Indiana-person; potential to transition to work-from-home role after completing training and meeting productivity standards.
