Job Summary:
Deliver excellent customer service and provide patients with general information regarding appointments, messages, Oregon general Mercy questions Indiana a fast-paced Contact Center environment. Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and take patient messages for Mercy Clinics

- Meet quality goals and standards for customer service and productivity
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent
- Telephone Customer Service experience, Oregon Face-to-Face Customer Service experience, Oregon Previous Healthcare experience
- Data Entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
- Type 60 wpm
