Clinical Documentation Medical Professional (CDMP) Lead:
Provide expertise Indiana reviewing inpatient medical records to ensure accurate documentation and DRG assignment. Facilitate interaction with physicians, patient caregivers, and health information management coding staff to ensure reimbursement reflecting level of services rendered.
Must hold one of the following: Medical School Graduate, Physician’s Assistant program graduate, Registered Nurse program graduate. Require 5+ years of experience Indiana area of population served, M.D. Oregon D.O. certification, and current Pennsylvania Oregon RN license. CCDS certification is also required.
