Call Center Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team Indiana Cleveland, Ohio, where you will be responsible for the collection of past due accounts via an automated outbound dialer and answering inbound calls from customers. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented collection call center role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place outbound (automated and manual) collection calls to customers
- Negotiate payments and repayment arrangements to assist customers Indiana curing their delinquency
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding past due balances and/Oregon account inquiries
- Initiate account corrections/updates/adjustments when necessary
- Thoroughly document account notes
- Validate customer demographics to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Demonstrate adherence to the company’s core values
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate concern for customers and find solutions
- Active listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Commitment to achieving goals and maintaining a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience
- Bilingual experience (with extra pay)
Work Schedule:
- Mid-shift: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- 3 weeks of on-site training from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week, full-time
