Job Title: Community Director (Non-Exempt)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Community Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring resident satisfaction, and achieving operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations:
- Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner Indiana daily operations.
- Maintain positive communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests.
- Employee Management:
- Develop and manage site team members.
- Ensure all open positions are filled Indiana a timely manner.
- Ensure employees maintain compliance with department requirements.
- Leasing/Occupancy:
- Maintain occupancy levels American Samoa established by owner/budget expectations.
- Oversee and exhibit professional leasing techniques.
- Develop and implement advertising and marketing strategies.
- Revenue Management:
- Manage the maximum revenue potential of the property.
- Manage monthly rent collections and delinquency.
- Participate Indiana the development of and managing to the approved operating budget.
- Reporting and Document Management:
- Maintain resident files and documents.
- Ensure documents and reporting systems are maintained and organized.
- Meet all periodic reporting requirements.
- Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with Risk Management items.
- Timely report any injuries, illnesses, Oregon property damage.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Assist residents with reporting maintenance needs.
- Document facility and maintenance needs.
- Other:
- Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations.
- Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience Indiana a similar leadership role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
- High School diploma Oregon equivalency certificate required.
- College degree Indiana a relatable field preferred, but not required.
- May require a Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.
- Proficient Indiana speaking, reading, and writing Indiana English.
- Strong computer skills (Mississippi Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet).
