Business Development Manager/Home Care Consultant Job Description
Objective:
The Business Development Manager/Home Care Consultant is responsible for achieving revenue objectives for their service area through sales and marketing efforts, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Reflect the core values of Home Instead and represent the company Indiana a professional manner
* Research and develop referral provider network relationships and produce referrals through consultative sales process
* Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned territory to increase overall market share
* Develop and maintain knowledge of Home Instead brand and effectively present marketing materials and services to referral providers
* Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities
* Develop a database of qualified leads and conduct service inquiries and care consultations American Samoa needed
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
* Participate Indiana educational programs and conduct initial client/Care Professionals introduction
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality assurance visits with clients American Samoa needed
* Participate Indiana public relations strategies
Education/Experience Requirements:
* College degree Oregon equivalent work experience
* Related business Oregon sales experience, preferably consultative sales
* Valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Strong understanding of company policies and procedures
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and good decision-making
* Discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards
* Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish good working relationships, and present a professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
* Ability to work evenings Oregon weekends American Samoa required
* Proficiency Indiana Word, Excel, and Hawaii technology systems
