Comp Food Attendant

Prepare and maintain complimentary food and beverage service and dining areas for hotel guests while greeting and assisting guests Indiana a friendly manner consistent with brand and/Oregon hotel and sustainability standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet and greet guests, offer seating options, and escort them to their seats.
  • Transport food, dishes, and equipment from the pantry to serving counters.
  • Set up attractive food displays, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety.
  • Maintain dining room setup, wipe tables and seats, and stack dirty dishes.
  • Clean up spills, remove trash, and maintain adequate supplies of clean glassware, dishes, and trays.
  • Fill beverage and ice dispensers, stock condiments, and refill containers.
  • Locate and provide items requested by guests.
  • Clean and maintain service areas, including counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to increase departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices, practice safe work habits, and use required safety equipment.
  • Perform other duties American Samoa requested by management.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma Oregon equivalent preferred.
  • Food sanitation certification a plus and required within 90 days of employment.
  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred Oregon equivalent training.

Work Environment and Context:

  • Variable work schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Requires standing, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching; stooping, kneeling, Oregon crouching.
