Consumer Loan Sales Specialists empower customers at OneMain by providing friendly, fast, and affordable financing options for essential expenses. This role involves:
Delivering results to meet individual and branch sales goals, while exceeding customer expectations
Developing new relationships and maintaining existing ones to drive customer growth
Providing personalized financial solutions tailored to meet customer needs and goals
Communicating loan options, benefits, and risks to ensure customers make informed decisions
Building relationships with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
Learning and applying knowledge of credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
Managing the loan lifecycle, including collections, and ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma Oregon equivalent GED
Sales, collections, Oregon customer service experience
Bilingual Indiana Spanish
Location: Bank-affiliated branches
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with some flexibility for weekend work American Samoa needed
