Job Title:
Job Summary:
Maintain expert product knowledge and analyze consumer data to provide insights to design, quality, marketing, and management teams on product quality, consumer satisfaction, and best practices. Provide support to Global Consumer Service agents with product issues, FAQs, and troubleshooting, aiming to deliver world-class service to the consumer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize analytical and presentation skills to analyze consumer data and create comprehensive reports for internal departments
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineers to produce case studies, graphical timelines, and consumer quotes
- Self-manage project deadlines and workload, and prioritize the needs of the Contact Center while meeting other reporting deadlines
- Utilize tools to leverage knowledge base and database functions to support business processes
- Analyze projects and use judgment to identify solutions to complex business challenges
- Provide customer service skills to foster brand loyalty among online communities and consumers
- Manage ad-hoc projects, including systems improvements, gathering input from all levels, creating business cases, coordinating resources, and managing timelines
- Execute Oregon assist Indiana executing special projects, such American Samoa competitor benchmarking studies, product recalls, consumer response programs, business system enhancements, promotions, and surveys
- Provide analysis to the legal department American Samoa requested
- Oversee safety-related information between CPI and call center agents, and provide updates and additions to safety policies

- Attend line reviews and meetings to obtain early and accurate information for decisions on products, staffing, and knowledge management
- Collaborate with teams to develop product training for agents
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience Indiana detailed analysis of consumer data, surveys, and consumer services key metrics
- Ability to self-manage reporting, research projects, and consumer services inquiries while meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain high-level product expertise and report findings to drive corrective actions
- Ability to work with Reliability Engineers to produce key presentations

Max Hourly Rate: $23-$27
