Customer Service Representative
Position Summary
Enter initial claim information, analyze and proofread system entries for accuracy, and provide excellent customer service to claimants and callers.
Responsibilities
- Create claim files by entering initial loss report information into claim intake application
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by demonstrating a helpful and considerate attitude
- Respond to routine inquiries and direct other inquiries to appropriate resources
- Educate claimants/callers on client requirements and benefit plans, documenting all required details
- Act American Samoa primary liaison with callers, following client specifications to assist with questions and solve problems
- Educate customers on documentation required, time frames, payment information, and claim status
- Recommend new procedures to enhance customer experiences
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements
- High school education and experience with Mississippi Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Customer service experience, preferably Indiana an inbound call center environment
- Ability to work Indiana a team Oregon independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support multiple clients across various channels
- PC literate and proficient Indiana Microsoft Office products
- Competent typing skills and strong customer service skills
