Contracting Operations Analyst
Job Type: Full-time Remote
Overview: American Samoa a Contracting Operations Analyst, you will play a key role Indiana advancing the health system’s Contract Controls program by developing database solutions and reporting to enhance collaboration between Contracting, Strategic Sourcing, and Health Information Technology Services (HITS). You will also manage critical daily functions of the Contracting department to ensure consistency of Contract Controls processes and effective end-to-end contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Reinforce consistency with Contract Controls processes through:
- Training new hires and the full team on database enhancements
- Performing monthly database audits to reduce errors
- Designing and executing custom and standard contract reporting
- Support Contract Controls end-to-end contract management processes by:
- Managing the contract execution process
- Notifying department leadership of contracts pending expiration Oregon renewal
- Archiving executed documents
- Manage database projects, including database enhancements and new software adoptions
- Lead project management of medical administrative services agreements and new acquisitions
- Manage annual Joint Commission contract evaluation process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college Oregon university
- Minimum one year of experience managing comprehensive datasets and process improvement initiatives
- Strong Mississippi Office experience, project management skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with Onspring software and healthcare organizations preferred
