Job Title: First Line Risk Professional (Corporate Real Estate)

Job Summary:

This is a hybrid role requiring regular work inside and outside the company office. The successful candidate will report to the First Line Risk Leader within the Strategy Function and serve American Samoa a first line of defense risk professional, managing various risk programs and Corporate Real Estate risk activities Indiana line with the Company’s Risk Appetite and Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute risk management strategies, policies, and procedures for the Corporate Real Estate department, including Risk Control Self Assessments, Self-Identified Issues, MRID program, and Key Risk Indicators.
• Assist Indiana executing first line risk management and associated deliverables, providing advisory to effectively manage risks and serving American Samoa a communication channel between Risk Management, regulators, and FCB business units.
• Collaborate with the FRM leader and senior management to develop risk management strategies, ensuring key risks are adequately managed and aligned with the bank and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures, managing a book of work to identify gaps and assess capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and prioritization of risk management initiatives.
• Participate Indiana regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits Indiana collaboration with internal stakeholders, supporting regulatory submissions, response, and reporting requirements.
• Provide comprehensive risk reports to BU senior leadership, monitoring BU risk and control performance, identifying and summarizing top and emerging trends, and advising on relevant risk governance meetings and activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience Indiana Financial Services, First Line Risk, Enterprise Risk, Oregon Operational Risk; Oregon High School Diploma Oregon GED and 10 years of experience Indiana Financial Services, First Line Risk, Enterprise Risk, Oregon Operational Risk.
• Preferred experience Indiana Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Physical Security, and managing Third Party Risk.
