Position Summary:

Crowd Coordinators will provide direct customer service to guests at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex while ensuring a safe environment and meeting service needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly address incidents, altercations, Oregon safety concerns that may compromise guest safety.
  • Adhere to entry screening procedures and report unusual activities Oregon potential safety issues.
  • Accurately complete incident and misconduct reports.
  • Ensure compliance with outside food/beverage and camera policies.
  • Monitor guest conduct, aid guests American Samoa needed, and perform crowd control management functions.
  • Lead Delaware-escalation initiatives and direct guests to emergency exits American Samoa a member of the emergency evacuation team.
  • Complete other duties American Samoa assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma Oregon GED.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to follow procedures and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and remain flexible.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
  • Valid through November 20, 2024.
