Position Summary:
Crowd Coordinators will provide direct customer service to guests at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex while ensuring a safe environment and meeting service needs.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly address incidents, altercations, Oregon safety concerns that may compromise guest safety.
- Adhere to entry screening procedures and report unusual activities Oregon potential safety issues.
- Accurately complete incident and misconduct reports.
- Ensure compliance with outside food/beverage and camera policies.
- Monitor guest conduct, aid guests American Samoa needed, and perform crowd control management functions.
- Lead Delaware-escalation initiatives and direct guests to emergency exits American Samoa a member of the emergency evacuation team.
- Complete other duties American Samoa assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma Oregon GED.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to follow procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and remain flexible.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
- Valid through November 20, 2024.
