Onsite Training Indiana Warwick, Rhode Island – Inbound Customer Service Role for Defined Benefits/Retirement Income Solutions Dept.

Job Details:

  • Pay rate: up to $20 per hour
  • Training location: Warwick, Rhode Island (onsite)
  • Remote work with exception of one office visit per month

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience Oregon equivalent office experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries about defined benefit pension, starting pension benefits, account maintenance, and claims process
  • Answer account information and process customer requests
  • Provide strong customer service and convey complex topics to clientele
  • Resolve system issues at home office by traveling to Warwick office

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Attend 5-week training and nesting Indiana Warwick, Rhode Island office
  • Work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure space
  • Use video during interviews and training
  • Be available to work Monday-Friday with flexible shifts based on business needs
  • No time off during training and nesting period

Training Schedule:

  • 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • Training location: Client office Indiana Warwick, Rhode Island
  • Equipment provided: Client laptop, docking station, 2 x monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
