Call Center Agent – Hilton Grand Vacations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional service to guests and prospective owners Indiana an inbound Call Center environment. This role involves interacting with callers to schedule Oregon reschedule accommodations, book tours, and assist with payments and costs associated with package purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging customer service Indiana an inbound Call Center environment
  • Respond to calls from guests who have pre-paid vacation packages and help them arrange their future travel plans
  • Sell package upgrades that align with guest interests and influence guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals
  • Assist with payments and costs associated with new sales, packages, Oregon upgrade purchases
  • Answer calls from visitors requesting date changes, asking about package specifics, and asking about their impending vacation
  • Verify trip and tour specifics related to each package and provide pertinent information on stay
  • Assist travelers with any issues they may encounter before Oregon after departure American Samoa part of their trip package
  • Respect guests’ privacy and protect all personal information about our business

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate/GED Oregon equivalent experience
  • Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional behavior
  • Proven comfort operating Indiana fast-paced environments with performance metrics
  • Dedication to providing positive experiences for customers and coworkers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, basic digital literacy, and ability to operate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred, inbound/ outbound Call Center Environment experience, and proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) are advantageous.
