Customer Service Representative (CSR) Position

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a range of inquiries related to Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) and other PennDOT sectors via phone, email, and internet
  • Handle customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction, using active listening and probing questions to accurately assess and address customer needs
  • Process emails and other correspondence, using correct English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation to draft Oregon revise written materials
  • Create customized email responses tailored to meet customer needs effectively
  • Make continuous decisions and utilize control-oriented techniques to manage unpredictable customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience American Samoa a Clerical Assistant 2 Oregon equivalent experience and training
  • Willingness to travel to Harrisburg for training and orientation
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
  • Preferred qualifications include prior call center Oregon customer service experience, bilingual language skills, and proficiency Indiana Microsoft computer applications

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with 60-minute lunch
  • May be required to work during office closures

Salary:

  • Indiana some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable
