Customer Care Representative
Job Type: Full-time, On-site at Las Vegas, Nevada location
Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, chat, email, and reviews. Respond to customer inquiries and find innovative ways to resolve issues. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails Indiana a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues Indiana a fair and transparent manner
* Make recommendations to up-sell and cross-sell products Oregon services
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
* Escalate complex Oregon sensitive issues to Team Leaders for assistance
* Work with Quality Coaches and Team Leaders to improve performance and quality of service
* Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies
* Participate Indiana peer-to-peer coaching and support team goals
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana an inbound contact center, customer service, Oregon similar role
* Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette
* Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office and Windows packages
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) Oregon multilingual skills
* Experience Indiana property management, reservations, and casino/hospitality industry is preferred
