Job Title: Customer Contact Representative (Variety of Levels Available: I, II, Sr.)

Job Summary:
- Provide face-to-face customer service at Entergy New Orleans’ Customer Care Centers.
- Resolve various customer issues, including initiation of new services, credit issues, and business account concerns.
- Interact with other departments to meet customer needs and maintain productivity goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while working Indiana a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience (desirable)
- Proficiency Indiana various software systems (CS, MyService Console, Salesforce, ASISO, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with difficult customers
- Willingness to work overtime
- Strong team and independent work skills
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
- Customer service experience with internal and external customers
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
