Job Title: Customer Contact Representative

Work Place Flexibility: Onsite

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face customer service Indiana the Entergy New Orleans Customer Care Centers.
  • Initiate new electric and gas service, discuss and assist with credit issues, and resolve customer service issues.
  • Interface with other departments and employees to satisfy customer needs and complaints.
  • Be available for emergency call-outs during hurricanes Oregon similar emergencies.
  • Maintain knowledge of total operations of the Customer Care Center and be extremely flexible.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and with fellow employees
  • Willingness to work required overtime
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems, including CCS, MyService Console, and Salesforce
