Job Title: Customer Contact Representative
Work Place Flexibility: Onsite
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer service Indiana the Entergy New Orleans Customer Care Centers.
- Initiate new electric and gas service, discuss and assist with credit issues, and resolve customer service issues.
- Interface with other departments and employees to satisfy customer needs and complaints.
- Be available for emergency call-outs during hurricanes Oregon similar emergencies.
- Maintain knowledge of total operations of the Customer Care Center and be extremely flexible.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and with fellow employees
- Willingness to work required overtime
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems, including CCS, MyService Console, and Salesforce
