Field Service Technician
- Pay Rate: $19 – $21/Hour
- Schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends and nights
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment Indiana assigned territory/region to ensure continuous customer operations and satisfaction
- Resolve customer problems Oregon incidents, escalating when necessary to achieve customer satisfaction and/Oregon meet Service Level Agreements
- Install and troubleshoot low-complexity products, including financial/ATM products, such American Samoa PCs, POS systems, and routers
- Perform site preparation, equipment installation, and minor testing; replace components and perform modular swaps and unit replacements
- Respond to customer concerns, troubleshooting, and resolve Oregon escalate to proper personnel
- Build customer relationships, maintain equipment, and follow security procedures
- Perform periodic preventative maintenance, diagnose problems, and replace components
- Report calls, activity, and expenses, track equipment, and document customer asset information
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent and 0-1 year of related experience
- Experience with PC hardware, networks, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure and adapt to new skills quickly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts
- Basic qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work
- Preferred qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree Oregon higher
- Industry experience with financial/ATM products and computer hardware maintenance
