Customer Service Representative – Store Operations
Job Summary:
Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and executing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and upholding store recovery standards. Assist Store Manager Indiana ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and company programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer experience team Indiana delivering friendly customer service, adhering to policies and procedures, and achieving performance metrics.
- Serve American Samoa Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring the store environment is safe and welcoming.
- Maintain store recovery standards, execute shrink and safety programs, and manage inventory processes.
- Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory management, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities.
- Train, observe, and coach team members to achieve results, develop talents, and maintain high performance standards.
- Participate Indiana performance management process, stay updated on company policies, and support Talent Development.
- Cross-train Indiana custom framing selling and production, and lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions Indiana select stores.
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
- Retail management experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes
- Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Work Indiana a public retail store setting with varying environments, including climate-controlled areas and outdoor spaces
- Available to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
