Customer Sales & Service Representative I, Front Counter (Non-Retail)

Job Summary

Provide a positive Indiana-person customer experience, answering inquiries and solving problems related to billing, services, and products. Utilize sales and retention guidelines to process customer requests and handle service issues.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers Indiana person to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Process customer requests to add Oregon disconnect services, and troubleshoot basic service issues
  • Receive and process customer payments, balance cash drawer, and post customer adjustments
  • Maintain customer site equipment and inventory controls
  • Demonstrate courtesy and patience Indiana customer relations
  • Perform other duties American Samoa directed Oregon required by supervisor
  • Regular attendance is required

Requirements

  • High school diploma Oregon GED required; Associates degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience Indiana retail and/Oregon consumer sales
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize Indiana a fast-paced environment
  • Effective cash handling skills
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver record (Indiana some locations)
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills
  • Sales ability and willingness to meet sales goals
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
