Customer Experience Representative
Job Summary:
Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register sales on assigned cash register and provide checkout service to customers
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide recommendations for sale items and promote trade-up and/Oregon companion items
- Register customer purchases, collect cash, and distribute change American Samoa requested
- Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise displays
- Implement asset protection procedures and comply with laws regarding regulated products
- Assist with customer service Indiana the photo area and external maintenance
- Complete special assignments and other tasks American Samoa assigned
Training & Personal Development:
- Attend training and complete PPLs American Samoa requested by Manager Oregon assigned by corporate
- Participate Indiana ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent Indiana reading, writing, and speaking English (except Indiana Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Prefer 6 months of experience Indiana a retail environment
- Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
