Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate works Indiana support of the store management team to provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain store appearance. The role requires excellent customer service skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
Principal Duties:
- Greet customers, respond to requests, and resolve complaints Indiana a timely and courteous manner
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and maintain proper cash levels
- Stock and refill shelves, coolers, and food and beverage areas
- Prepare food and beverages to order and assist with lottery purchases

- Adhere to safety, security, and quality procedures
