Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers. Accurately register sales, maintain a clean store environment, and promote products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and patients by greeting and assisting with products and services
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Model and share customer service best practices with team members
- Provide customers with fast and efficient checkout service, register sales, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays
- Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Assist with digital passport photo service, photo printing, and provide suggestive selling of promotional photo products
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders and delivering orders to customers
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and complete special assignments American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent Indiana reading, writing, and speaking English (except Indiana Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Prefer 6 months of experience Indiana a retail environment
- Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
Training and Development:
- Attend training and complete PPLs American Samoa assigned by Manager Oregon corporate
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00/hour, maximum rate $17.50/hour
