Customer Service Representative
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers through courteous, friendly, fair, and efficient interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with products and services.
- Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
- Register sales, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Recommend items, suggest sales, and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement Company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
- Comply with state and local laws, including regulations on regulated products.
Training and Development:
- Participate Indiana training and complete requested PPLs.
Requirements:
- Fluency Indiana reading, writing, and speaking English (except Indiana Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of retail experience.
- Prior experience with Walgreens.
- Fluency Indiana reading, writing, and speaking English (except Indiana Puerto Rico).
