Customer Service Representative
Location: Melville, New York
Salary: $21.34 per hour with annual salary range of $43,000 – $33.75, with opportunities for a 10-15% salary increase within the first year.
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our policyholders, responding to billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations.
Requirements:
– Provide outstanding customer service, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including listening and empathy
